COMMUNICATIONS TRACK
The Communications Track includes the Competent Toastmaster, Advanced Toastmaster-Bronze, Advanced Toastmaster-Silver and Advanced Toastmaster-Gold awards. See the following explanations of the requirements to achieve each award.

COMPETENT TOASTMASTER (CTM)
Requirements:
Completed the Communication and Leadership Program manual
When the requirements are fulfilled, send the completed and signed CTM application to World Headquarters.

You Will Receive:
Certificate Letter to employer
Two advanced manuals

ADVANCED TOASTMASTER BRONZE (ATM-B)
Requirements:
Achieved Competent Toastmaster award
Completed Two Advanced Communication and Leadership Program manuals
When requirements are fulfilled, send the completed and signed application form to World Headquarters.

You Will Receive:
Certificate
Letter to employer

ADVANCED TOASTMASTER SILVER (ATM-S)
Requirements:
Achieved Competent Toastmaster award
Completed Two additional advanced manuals (may not be those completed for ATM Bronze award)
Conducted any two programs from The Better Speaker Series and/or The Successful Club Series
When requirements are fulfilled, send the completed and signed application form to World Headquarters.

You Will Receive:
Certificate
Letter to employer

ADVANCED TOASTMASTER GOLD (ATM-G)
Requirements:
Achieved Competent Toastmaster award
Completed Two additional advanced manuals (may not be those completed for ATM Bronze and ATM Silver awards)
Conducted a Success/Leadership Program, Success/Communication Program, or a Youth Leadership Program
Coached a new member with the first three speeches
When requirements are fulfilled, send the completed and signed application form to World Headquarters.

Requirements:
Achieved Competent Toastmaster award
Served as a club officer and participated in the preparation of a Club Success Plan
Participated in officer training as a Club officer
Conducted any two programs from The Successful Club Series
When requirements are fulfilled, send the completed and signed application to World Headquarters.

You Will Receive:
Certificate
Letter to employer

ADVANCED LEADER (AL)
Requirements:
Achieved Competent Leader Award
Served as a District Officer
Completed the High Performance Leadership program
Served successfully as a Club Sponsor or Club Mentor or a Club Specialist
When requirements are fulfilled, send the completed and signed application to World Headquarters.

You Will Receive:
Certificate
Letter to employer

DISTINGUISHED TOASTMASTER (DTM)
Requirements:
Achieved Advanced Toastmaster Gold award
and Achieved Advanced Leader award

Distinguished Toastmaster is the highest recognition a member may receive.
